★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst experienced by me ever, I will never recommend this boutique to anyone or any bride as they do not work according to our choice and also they put their own design without our concern which leads to complete dissatisfaction of customer so please don't don't go their miss utilise your worth ful money.

In January I gave my blause and suites for stiching and till April it was not delivered properly meanwhile 3 times all blause were altered but yet not fitted properly besides all these they charge stiching in advance so we have to get altered from only them??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, after 50 percent discount they offer actual price of the product.
I brought 8-9 wedding wear clothes all the expensive clothes. They took 2 months for minor alterations. Their tailor is pathetic like really pathetic. After complaining twice they didn’t properly make the alterations. I had to find my own tailor to make the fitting.

3 they convince you a lot with that it’s so good everything will be nice but after tailoring is done.. pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, blouse had worst look, petticoat shape looked like trapezium and partial work done on saree which I had given. Moreover delay in delivery and cost is too much and also they take complete payment in the beginning. Never ever go this boutique, it is such a waste of time and money, look for other boutiques in Varanasi, but not this one. This is the picture of fall work done for my saree

*Highly highly unprofessional* !
*Service they provide lacks far far far behind what they charge for it.
* Highly over rate themselves both in terms of their work and prices.
* Pathetic hospitality.
* No sense of commitment to work at all.
* Completely ruined my newly purchased cloth materials which I had given for stitching. Had to run 3 times to the boutique first to receive it ( had called them to ask if its done, and only on confirmation when I reached there to receive my stuffs, they told me it's not ready. After 4 days called them again to ask if its done, only on confirmation when I reached there got to know that only half of it was ready. Finally had to go again for the third time when again I had to wait for like 1.5 hrs after which at the least I got my clothes back but in a terrible condition and with poor fitting.)
* The owner is very haughty, completely lacking respect and regard for the customers wandering around with that superiority complex.
* The staff only engages with the customer as long as the payment has not been made, persuading them to believe that their boutique is the best and once the payment is made, show lack of interest, no concern and poor hospitality towards customer.
