The staff was warm and hospitable and helped us pick the best pieces! Thanks to Avishek the store manager and Pandey ji who were gracious enough to wait for us past the closing time.This is a must visit store for all who are looking for elegant and royal banaresi sarees, lehengas and fabrics. Now we can shop from the Tilfi online store with our eyes closed.

Avishek from the store did a detailed video call with us and showed us the saree in detail before we placed our order. It was so beautifully packed and couriered to us, that it was truly an experience just unwrapping the box. The saree is finely woven and it is just breathtaking to see the intricate details of the design. The color and the design of the saree were both complemented during the function. Though after the function I realized it's better to install a net behind the weaving along the entire length of the saree. Avishek and his team were more than helpful to get it done for me. Truly worth the money and the saree is a keeper for life! Thank you Avishek and Tilfi for this experience.
