I lost my mum in law at Kolkata last week and while the service from Antyeshti was efficient and effective, I am especially grateful to Siddharth and Ratan for their personal attention and sensitive handling of the service. It provided us with a sense of peace and it feels good to have such wonderful people to help in these unprecedented times.

But some how i found contact num of Anthyesti in Google. But these people so helpful that they arranged everything right from the start till the end with out any late comings . I wish may god bless them with more success for the help what they are doing for people .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrote to Anyeshti on the Whatsapp number provided on their website on 18 February 2022 inquiring about their prayer hall/ceremony services outlined on their site. I received a templated "Thank you for your inquiry, we shall respond to you soon" response several hours later on 18 February. It is 24 February now and our shradhho ceremony is over. They have yet to get back to me. Do see the attached screenshot to see what I mean
Disinterest and apathy in the time of mourning from a profession bereavement service provider, that too one that calls itself India's number one bereavement service provider.
I saw your response below my review: It seems you have not read my inquiry carefully. I had specifically also asked about the cost of arranging the prayer service at my home... there was no response to that either. I see you have several reviews praising your priest services. So it should not have been difficult to organise a priest and buy the traditional materials required for the shraddho ceremony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service provided by Anthyesti. Very caring and professional approach at a time when the family is distressed. They also provided contacts for services not related to their line of activities...like removal of pacemaker etc.
Very satisfied with them. Specially Ashish, the Manager, has been a source of strength during our bereavement. God Bless them all.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I wrote on Google that my inquiry for a shradhho arrangement received no reply even after the shraddho was complete, I received a call from "Abhishek from Anthyeshti".
"Ma'am, we could not reply to your message because there was too much work.
"Ma'am please delete your review."
These were the two things communicated to me.
How unprofessional. They cannot reply because they are working. They want negative reviews deleted.
Time to delete their own company, I feel. No one should be unprofessional enough to ask for a deleted review in this day.
