The assistant Priyanka is very professional and thorough and booking a session is a breeze because of her :) I've had one discussion till date and it was cordial, respectful and insightful. I've got no complaints. Infact I've booked a follow-up session as well (which was not asked but recommended and I felt value in having the said follow-up session)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you fall in love everything feels different, good and happy around you. It was the same feeling for me when I left the building after attending a session with Anubha ma'am because, I fell in love with myself again.
If you visit her you're already in trusted hands. She is an experienced counsellor and more than that she is a genuine woman that is what defines her.
Things sometimes don't turn out, how we wanted but, taking guidance and right support from the right set of people can take you places and bridge the gap between where you want to see yourself. And experienced people like her can help you out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel I was fraudulently tricked into paying for individual sessions and forced to pay for additional (brush up) sessions, which were never part of the entire process (as explained to me and my wife by Mrs Anubha and Her assistant). I'll list down my experience. Please read before making any payment
1. She takes individual sessions with the couple and then a joint session after a break of 7 days. She asks for this break so she can read and create a case
2. Her assistant or even she will never tell you that if you go beyond 15 days between these individual sessions and joint session, they'll be charging you extra for a 'brush up' session
3. Her assistant will also not tell you that even if there are no slots available for joint session, it's the patients fault and the patient will have to pay for the brush up session
4. The assistant is keep repeating the same thing and cut the phone if you don't agree to what she's saying
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PSYCHOLOGIST. SHE'S A FRAUD!
So I see Mrs Anubha has replied to my review where she's defending her policies (which are designed to loot the distressed customers) and her assistant's behaviour
I only request her to answer these questions:
1. Why was I not told about the fact that brush up sessions can be chargeable?
2. Why did your assistant say that a gap of 15 days by default makes brush up sessions mandatory? Then she changed it to 15-30 days. Clearly there's no written policy around it. You're doing whatever suits to you
I also have the recordings madam. And if you're not affected by criticism, I feel really sorry as clearly you're here to do whatever you want. And yes, I'm willing to fight legally against people of your kind

We went to her right from Noida to Dwarka and I absolutely regret nothing from taking half days from our office to the 2 hour long traffic jams, the fruit or the result was all worth it! She heard everything so patiently and helped us with small changes that we can bring into our lives to make it more positive. Even before implementing those changes the next day and coming out of that room right after the session, I felt a tremendous change.
Highly recommend!
