It was a special occasion in our family and we had family guests over for dinner and I personally went to order food at the restraunt, we were told it will be delivered in a maximum of 40 mins but they will try to make it sooner. It took 1hour 20mins for the food to be delivered after repeated reminders & calls.
The plight dose not end here - the honey chilly chicken tasted like rubber & plastic - it was extremely bad - I called and informed the manager of the same, who said we will send the dish again - which took another half hr., but unfortunately the chicken was the same stale rubber plastic - totally not edible. That had to go to the dustbin.
We have been such old regulars of bercos- but this time was a horrible experience - pathetic service & bad stale food !! It was very embarrassing since we had invited guests also.
You will loose your customers if the management keeps turning a blind eye to such incidents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh and delicious, we ordered Sliced Fish in Hot Garlic Sauce with Fried Rice and it was served fresh with a good quantity and taste. Personally we liked Kung Pao Bowl (Non-veg). The ambience was very good for a family/friend gathering. Good seating area and nice view from top floor. Recommended for visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place with lovely ambience, people love to visit here for Thai and Chinese food. It is on the third floor in the Sector 6 market. Lift entry is from the side.
Loved the cozy ambience and cleanliness around with light music on the go. Food quality is excellent and been prepared well as it's completely fresh. If one is planning to be on fast schedule then one need to avoid it as the service here takes some time.
Food has various varieties and the taste is good, one can order about their taste and food can be customised accordingly.
Loved the politeness of every one present in the restaurant. One should visit here once.

Proper hygiene is also maintained, tables are sanitized after each guest.
The soups are amazing.
Serving portions are enough for 2 people to eat.
The food is very fresh.
The price is also good.

The service is good most of the times, but if very busy it can be slow.
Staff is also polite.
