★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were supposed to go some other restro but as it was 14 aug this option where we land.
It's really bad experience I never want to revisit this reason?
1. Stinky washroom so unhygienic
2. Food has no taste we order chilly garlic noodles what he served look like Singapore noodles.
Chiken tikka not even properly grilled.manchoorian taste less. The only thing I like is fire and ice name mojito.
3. It was not a rush hour still service is not good
4. Most uglies part there was a hair inside paneer tikka when we complaint then one of their service man took that peice to showto their chef later he act nothing happened nd continue his work no sorry no replacement with fresh.
5. Ask for full money after all this bad service
If u want to go spend good tym somewhere I don't think this is good option find out something better there are more better clean and hygienic options available guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has separate area for family and drinks. Food is nice, but you have to tell them your taste first and they prepare accordingly. Staff is friendly. Cost for all items is slightly high. For bar lovers, don't expect any happy hours or discounts. Also, there ain't a huge variety of drinks. Good for daily drinks. Not good for family dinning as the food is not that great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Guys, Thought to share my experience, visited Fire N Ice on 3rd Nov, and I am Dine out the user and uses that application very frequently, as always booking done through that this time also, had my meal which was quite ok. Coming to the payment part post asking bill I made payment through Dine out and we started moving, but the person sitting on reception and their restaurant manager told me that we don't accept payment from Dine out then I asked what about my money which I have already paid, they told it's your fault you can coordinate with then whereas I have already received confirmation that payment is credited to the restaurant, I told them to deregister from Dine-in such cases if they have a problem in accepting payment from them. So be mindful while making payment from Dine out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Butter chicken was fine... Cold drinks were worst... Kadhai chicken wasn't even cooked properly... Even after complaining, they didn't do anything about it and charged service charge too. I would not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered veg fried rice and manchurian, instead they gave me boiled rice mixed with boiled vegetables, on the other hand manchurian were not cooked properly.
Will not visit this restaurant again.

I saw thin gravy in Kadhai chicken for the first time. Complaint raised but they don't heed. Bad experience...

There was no person to attend, no one was there to take the order, I called three times at receptions to know if they want to take our order else we go out. Literally this was extremely bad experience, we have never seen this environment anywhere. I humbly request don't go at this restaurant with family else you would destroy your enjoyment like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fire N Ice is a very good Restaurant and Bar. Restaurant is good for Family and get to gather with friends. It's also very good for Family function like small Birthday Party, Promotion Party, Office Meetings etc. But it's not for a big Party. Their is space problem. Waiters service is not good. I have done a Birthday Party over their. It was awesome. I am sharing some Beautiful pictures of Restaurants ???
