We purchased water heater worth Rs 7000 , Somewhere around 8 pm in the evening, Owner said my delivery person is From village please drop him back home , As it was 9 pm My mother was alone she told the delivery guy please take e rickshaw or gramin seva till sec 10 , If Other members would have been home someone would have dropped him to shop or nearby place …, Shopkeeper called my mother saying you have no humanity my worker will get lost he doesn’t know way back to the shop and messaged her few silly things …. She apologised, when we came to know about the whole matter we called the shop owner he started arguing…, He definitely needs psychiatrist … Please don’t go this shop , He sent some useless guy saying Haeir ka technician hai , that guy was unable to install the water heater instead has broken main water pipe ????

Often had a very bad experience, a lot of attitude, as if doing customer a favour by giving the requested item.
The height of it came when they refused to replace an led bulb, under warranty according to their marking, just because their stamp was not 100% clearly visible. They use a very light ink for putting their stamp on bulb and then refuse to accept it.
