★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anugraha Properties - Is trusted one, please do not get diverted to the few reviews posted by people, due to some corona and some circumstances project would have get delayed, but that doesn't mean whole company is fraud. I have purchased 4 different sites in Karnataka, kankapura is one among them, delayed but team has promised to get it ready by April/May.
However, there are other projects which got sold out as very good price for middle class and upper middle class people. places like Kushalnagara and Hassan. Few team members in Anugraha along with head of company are so supportive and will definitely help you in all the process and till you get registered your land and future helps. ***Kindly do not lose you hopes*** Try to connect with people who have already purchased lands. team also can help you for reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I taken Site recently in Nelamangala 6 months before... Every thing is fine... And I discuss with my lawyer about site Documents. n checked cross verification also, every thing is fine. And Registration also done. And they supported well n good. And I suggested to my friends They are also planning get property from "Anugraha Property". I don't know why some people's r un happy. Af anything problems with them please sit and sort out the problems.
