The few staffs are v lazy & the place being one of the oldest in the area lot of customers come for their banking needs
The staff are not trained to handle the rush & often postponing work
The manager is most of time not available & things go at a snail pace
The automation has helped but still staff who handle the machines are also lazy & are down most of the time
Will be a great banking Center if the things improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have took car loan through the mudhra scheam for commercial purpose while giving time they did not told any thing like they are going to deduct 6500 rupees for every year for guarunty fee i dont know about this i kept the money in my account as like my what ever my emi fee then i came to know amount shortage for emi now a days their is no bussines for commercial vehicles at the market every one knows actually i have adjusted money for emi now i dont have money for my house rent and monthly bread canara bank manager rajajinagar 1st block need give explanation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too crowded at times. Faculty is not very welcoming. My DD charges of Rs 1200 never got reverced though i didn't get any DD from them.

Not only this any canara bank you take
It has become one of the worst service
They are deducting money without even notice of the customer.
If we ask queries.
They are not ready to answer.
Customer service dono to speak in kannada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken student loan for outside India and for college fee only. They take days together to send the monthly expenses which is sent by my parents to the bank and they constantly call them inorder to remind them to send me the money. Even in the case of emergency I'll have to wait for days inorder to receive money from bank, which I can clearly see they don't understand the situation of being outside the country and waiting for money. Truly disappointed from the service, and I honestly don't suggest any people to choose canara bank after suffering for 5years now.
