★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class Experience, as one can expect from a government org. For me opening an account took days, Arrogant Staff, Asked for information which are absolutely unnecessary, they have rules which make absolutely no sense.
I would have given zero stars but have to give atleast one star as required by google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST BANK EVER.NEVER EVER ENTER THIS BANK.I WENT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT,THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS LEAST BOTHERED,SHE TELLS IF YOU HAVE ACCOUNT IN OTHER BANK,YOU NEED NOT OPEN HERE.Sooo rude!!! If I dint want to open an account at SBI I wouldn’t have gone there at all. And the Managerr he is superrr least bothered. Takes no interest. Just to collect the application form to open account,I had to WAIT FOR 1 HOUR, and it’s not a joke!
I just hope someone takes action and makes the bank better.

We reached this bank to open a current account. The branch manager (Vijay ..i think) don't have a basic Sense. Donno how to talk and no enough knowledge on banking. all non sense answers he was giving. to open Current account even all the documents are ready..he took 4 days and still no response. he dont bother about the customer. we lost patience...been waiting there for 3 hours.. we can save our time..if not opt this branch services. ...finally we moved to open our current account with other banking.
SBI all online services are too good ...but these staff don't have sense and knowledge from attendant to Manager. SBI should open a customer grevience channel for each branch and should remove all these non supportive and non responsive staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish that there was also icons of STICKS or BRICKS to denote lousy service and am sure that SBI would have topped the chart with maximum of these. So horrible is their customer service that I wonder if they even deserve to be employed at all...Worser still is that their HO (mumbai) grievance number also is never answered any time of the day. A typical example of donkeys leading donkeys....waiting for SBI to be taken over by a private corporate, exisiting staff be sacked and for service quality to improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI , Industrial Branch, Rajajinagar :- When technology enters and replaces the old register system, things has to improve !, Right ??. Well this bank shows how to get worse with Technology. You go to make a cash deposit ( for example) you end up spending 90 minutes ! Saw a notice " if you spend more than 15 mins for a transaction complain to the manager ! Even after my complain to him things not improved ! You wait in line to deposit cash after spending 40 minutes, the officer checks and stamps it but after stamping it, but says go to next counter , this officer spend half an hour more to recheck and enter it ! What kind of a system is this !?. One officer says , there is no "nomination form"! After a while one sane officer goes out of her cubicle to get the form from the same counter , the first officer who said there was no nomination form. See the ratings !!. They don't lie !!. Do I need to say more. God help this branch !!
