★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst banking experience ever!! Only capable of making you run around and waste your time!! It was communicated that once the complete payment is done they will release documents by EOD. A pre closure of an account is done... complete loan amount is also paid by 12:30pm!! But we get an update in the eve that the pre closure has to go for an approval from Chennai!!
This has never been conveyed to us as a process at all!! Such people who do not care about customers should never stand a chance to do business!! Do not encourage this bank!!
I have been writing this review on a personal experience with this branch in specific!!

Never trust & don't suggest before taking take everything in written document staff are so stubborn & never understands situation of customer atal
