★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses are clean but the drive experience is not good. Though the booking of drop location shows Hubli city from Bangalore but they drop us to NH4 Highway and drop vehicle is arranged. The condition of that Drop Vehicle is so very bad that you feel not to even sit in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience I had with this travels, i took bus from Bangalore to Haveri, i felt like I'm going in a goods carrier. They had 3-4 luggage unloading stations and everywhere they took minimum ½ hour. And instead of highway the bus went in some local routes. While booking the destination time was 6 am. But we reached at 8:30 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel buses are not clean. Drivers are very rude. They talk very rudely to passengers. Not only to me, but to other passengers also. The language is like threatening type. Has encountered this several times. Management should look into it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SRS travels office has customer unfriendly staff. Their toilet is bad. Not good for ladies. They don't keep drinking water. My pickup was supposed to start from there at 10:30. I was there at 9:50. Pickup vehicle was stationed there itself. But the person there kept saying van will come at 10:30. Final at 10:35 he opened the vehicle which was already there. Experience with the bus is another bad one. Bus broke down on the way. Replacement bus came after 3 hourse. Finally reached the destination by 3 hours late. The behaviour of the staff in the bus was also very bad. They were very arrogant. I never recommend SRS travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a night bus from Goa to Bangalore. We had a very bad experience. The driver was rude and racist. The bus was not clean. There were spider-webs. They should have been more professional and polite according to the charges they levy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their buses are always late to destination by few hrs. In my case, it was late by 3 hrs. No particular stoppage for peeing etc. They stop sometimes at random points which are very dirty. Don't give enough time to everyone. Inside smell is unpleasant. Dirty seats. TV is useless. Stopped for dinner at 1130. Which should be somewhere between 8 to 9. Will not use this travel service again.
