When I reached the location staff asked me to get into another bus saying u can get down at yashwantpura stop n I had to carry my luggage into sleeper coach instead of keeping it in the luggage room! It was utter chaos! I had to trouble other passengers coz of my luggage n that’s because of vrl staff ! N in the next stop I had to wait for 40mins for the bus! N when I borded the bus window had the issue !
