★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great place to stay as the transport facilities are less and connectivity to itpl road is difficult. The road under construction. As of now very difficult to reach due to the mud road. A small underway that a bike can pass but not appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to live. Very calm and green. 24 hours security and its a compounded & gated society. No parking issues. Around 60+ families live in the society.
Its Developing area. Some plots are vacant in the layout. In and around, Huge apartments are under construction. Skylark Arcadia etc.. projects are around this place.
Layout Security gives home delivery or basic needs like Milk/Curd/ Water Can etc...
2 temples are at a walkable distance. Vegetable market and shops are at 100 metres distance.
80 feet road infront of the layout and some road work is still going on the main road . This road connects to Hoodi Halt Railway Station and Underpass work that Connects ITPL is also in progress. Hoodi Metro station is 1.5 Kms and ITPL Metro stations is 1 Km from this layout.
Good schools are nearby Zee MontLitera, PNC cognitio, Lake Montfort, Kidzee are within 1-2 kms radius. Nearest Hospital is Narayana Hrudayalaya / Manipal Hospital near PSN. SBI, ICICI, AXIS , HDFC banks are at a walkable distance.
Prestige Shantinikethan is walkable at around 0.5 Km . ITPL comes around 1.3 Kms. Sadarmangala Lake at around 200 metres from the society to enjoy cool breeze in the evenings.

Walkable to itpl and prestige shantinikethan ( Need to cross railway track ). Open plots are there. New 80ft tar road made it more accessible to hoodi railway station. Very good for elderly, kids to play and walk. Nearest schools : kidzee, Mont litera, sri chaitanya, PNC cognito etc etc. Nearest hospital : Manipal, Narayan hrudayalaya, nearest super market : A1 fresh, garden city, reliance fresh etc..All apps do home deliveries like zomato swiggy amazon flipkart suprdaily big basket etc ..
