★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont move in as tenant if you have a vehicle. Check with the building secretary on the parking allotment before moving in as I had to wait for a month because of the false promise made by the landlord. Also you will be harassed while first moving in and out over lift usage stating that the lift may breakdown due heavy load. Also there are rat issues as I had to spend on repairing my car. This my experience as a tenant.

You will get harassed by using lift and parking
Also wanted to highlight very important thing
Some of society members and watchman consumed alcohol in cabin most of the time i saw that all the time in night they are sitting for drink of alcohol
Very biased society.
They don’t allowed lift for your home materials even if it is light weighted
