★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the offices of this builder recently and found the sales staff polite, friendly and helpful. They helped us to view two apartments according to our requirements. The first impression was good. Cannot offer in-depth analysis of the quality of materials used or the craftmanship as we haven't stayed in any of their flats personally. But if you are looking for homes in an economical middle -class bracket in homely parts of the city like pantnagar, tagore nagar then do pay them a visit. You may end up with your dream house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic company and its channel partners team are also the same. Firstly to state that they are the cheaters in this construction profession. First they try to negotiate on a price and waste our time and whole day and once we are interested to finalize they say that the desire floor is not available and rate is revised just now and we have not informed our team how come rate is not informed to their own employee.
Please dont try to buy their house even if u find in low rate this entity is not trustworthy. Rest its ur call i have just shared my experience they will also say that i didn't got good deal so to distroy their reputation i have written this but frankly i have visisted almost 50 to 60 builder site this is my worst experience and i would not have written this but they have trouble me and my family so i have shared this. Rest its on you if u trust them.
