I was with her for 5 sessions...and they definitely changed my perspective towards life!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helped with the inside looking process, meditate mindfully. Inner child healing was nerve soothing. Helped me be able to take things with a pinch of salt.
The taboo about counselling needs to drastically change, Nagpurians need it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended the vipasna meditation camp for the 1 st time it was amazing session n in the beginning it was difficult to sit but after the meditation I used to be happy that I have done something for myself .Everytime we see that we neglect doing anything for ourselves by saying that we don’t have time .
I thank Anushaka ma’am for the lovely session of meditation which help me to see the inner peace of my mind n helped to see the inner strength n weakness which can be healed through this meditation .?
Thank you once again Anushaka Maam for wonderful 10 days meditation camp .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have completed 10 days "Anapana Meditation workshop" organised by Anushka mam , It was very awesome experience , I learnt to control my emotions and reactions. I enjoyed a lot , I highly recommend this workshop for new commers pls do give a chance to Anushka mam , she will bring change in your life ☺️ and yes !! I'm ready to join the upcoming session. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come across Dr. Anushka ji via her vipassana meditation 10 days online camp. I have attended 2 camps back to back as it helped me a lot. Her calm demeanour and very understanding attitude has given me lots of strength and peace. I am going to take her counselling sessions soon as these camps made me realize the deep-seated anger issues I have. I will provide another feedback once I have taken her counselling sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anshuka Madam is great counsellor they are much helpful to get rid of every life problems very much effectively and very easily through meditation and their counselling session. Their counselling session are much motivational. I would recommend to visit Anshuka Madam's counselling center once to get rid of every problem like mental health and relationship issue as well. They guided me properly to overcome my problems very much effectively.
