Goo place to start career, ample opportunities for advancement if you are successfull
If you are eager to learn then this is the place, employees are firendly but don't expect spoon feeding. Attend trainings and make sure you have sufficient time to learn ins and outs before the mentor leaves. Also if someone wants to switch their job profile company provides the facility.
