Team members have felexibility to choose their shift, this company recognises every small thing a TM does which motivates the employees to do more, Target provides free food to the employees which is damnnn tastyyy ? and you got a free WiFi at work, you can browse FB, YouTube, can watch movies or listen to songs while working, what else you need at a work place ?
