My email to IBM
" I am really Dissapointed with the structure how IBM operates for ex employees. And the policies which does not help the employees outside IBM in any form.
I have been waiting for my F&F over last 3 months. No transperency of the process to employee. No response from any of the respective incharge person over multiple emails.
No proper contact details over internet
Irresponsive over emails
No ownership and responsibility
I'm working for what I am paid - simple policy of the employees.
No proper escalation matrix.
All wrong and fake numbers updated over the Internet.
I can legally proceed with what happened to me and impose fine and interest for the delay what has happened keeping in mind the covid situation.
My parent surgery delayed due to your inconsistency at work.
I am not here to listen to any stories of the F&F cycles. If my F&F does not complete by tommorow I am going to file an fir for delay in the settlement for 2 additional months and Gts staff from hyd and blr will be accountable for delay in actions.
If not cleared within Tuesday my advocate will take the proceedings. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an awesome company that too located in the heart of Manyata Tech Park. Has a beautiful working environment and the food court in the campus is also good. Trust me if you get a job in this company, your life is settled and you sure will grow for the years to come. The best part is now that the company is now going to be under the leadership of an Indian and that is a matter of pride for all of us. I can proudly say now that the era of the Indians has begun and we sure are gonna shine like anything.

If you get a job here, you are settled for years to come. There are hundreds of companies operating from here.

It's located on the outer ring road well connected to the Kempegowda International Airport. Being a busy road , there is no surprise if you are stuck amidst a long queue of vehicles. The tech park is quite spacious spread across 120 acres approximately harbouring amphitheatre, multi-level car parking and enough plantation. All the wings in the park owns a nice food court and helpful yet professional security.
