★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been using saving account had opened during personal loan process, now my new employer asked me to convert the saving account to salary account. then approached near branch to start the process as i had not used the account long time and no sufficient funds maintained, asking for support in converting to salary account and approvals for wavier on -ve balance. i had faced still the issues not resolved as its private banking sector it should be resolved immediately
between branches no co-ordination and they have each individuals targets for managers, instead of working on my issue/problem they were asking me to invest some policy then we will support -- this happened recent past and not with home branch[ IFSC - HDFC0009413 ], i have discusses mentioned that i will be going for home loan process but with different agent
Now decided because of this kind of issues then not going with HDFC for home loan, simple logic HDFC managers missing, if bank is worried on the 7000INR and mangers egos on targets HDFC lost some 20lacs money in the form of interest from me out of my home loan plans with bank
