★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst bank no proper customer service.employee here don't even know what there job is..they don't give proper information for queries from customer if one employee says to come tommorow to get your work done the other employee will tell it can't be done.when customers are waiting the employee are busy on mobile talking to there friend.first question they ask the customer is are you account holder in this bank if not they will not even listen why a customer has come and they will tell them to go to home branch and will lie saying this service are not provided here.they think customer are fool as they keep saying that they can't do any passbook entry as there passbook machine is not working hearing the same thing from 1 year..still the machine is broken hmm as some people have passbook issue as the atm passbook machine is not able to recognise the barcode or there are some error when we try to get entries in passbook.when we ask the bank employee for the help they say there is problem with server that's why entry is not happening but at same time at ATM machine other people are able to do there book entries..I guess the server are different for bank and atm huh..for getting a passbook I need to follow them for 3months?as the reason they give is covid situation come next week which became 3month but they are fine with issuing passbook for vip customer hmm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic behavior by the employees!! Doesn't even know how to talk to customers!! The women's especially working there should learn some manners!! I was talking politely and the way they responded was annoying!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. In the beginning it used to be a good one but now getting from bad to worse. I submitted application to change from ph number twice but both the times the branch has updated wrong ph number. Trust me they are least worried about ur problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever. Employees need more knowledge and patience. A work that can be done in 5mins they take 2 hours. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PATHETIC RUN BRANCH. Instead of doing work they talk on phone and do some other work. So much attitude everyone has here in the bank. WORST BRANCH EVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank timing is 10 am to 4 PM which is 6 hours of login and 1 hr of lunch break where in it 6-1 =5.5 hours of working in this and the lunch timing is from 1.30 to 2, please have a look at the images shared this pic was clicked today by be please check the response from the employees and please do check the clock no punctuality and nothing working as if it's there home... please take a action on this.....
