★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional HDFC branch in the country, specially the mallu lady Jisha takes personal grudges and most careless and a laid back attitude, they blocked my account for no reason and made me run around them for number days. And talking abt the branch manager Lakshmikanth he is another lazy guy hardly has any banking knowledge and fools around giving excuses

I want to place in record my appreciation for her wonderful service . Iam a senior citizen and really enjoyed the privilege of a privileged customer

Nothing has changed yet
Staffs Here are very lazy and so negligence
And they make us to play around them
Tell go to them .an again from there to another person .
It's so annoying
And if we ask any information they make us to wait for long time for a very small information.and finall response will be negative from them and it is so disposing to hear negative answer after waiting for so long time .
It will be good if you install suggestion And complaint box here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst branch I have seen..SBI is much better than this perticular branch ..staff is to lazy, as if they do not have to perform.
This making the overall HDFC Bank experience bad .. it 9.57 and they want customers to wait outside of the branch in scorching heat.
To lazy to open the branch before 5 mins !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. Poor at customer service even when there is a only a handful of them. After waiting for more than half an hour the employees are interested in using their mobile and not taking care of customer. I really wouldn't recommend this place for any of your work whether it is depositing or withdrawal. Personally I had great experience in Kerala but not at the banglore Kothannur branch.
