They charge on debit cards
And they don't value the time of clients
Why I am saying it is because I had opened an account on June 2016 and got passbook on September 2017. That time the charge on non maintenance charges.
The main thing is I got my debit card on February 2018.
So before you open the account think twice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why they can't add few more staff. Shortage of staff is their major problem. I never seen that manager coming out of her comfort zone to assist her staff. Ridiculous. The staff is doing their best, but beyond their control. No additional help. The place is dirty and dusty. Needs cleaning. There is no decent place to sit while cashing your cheque. The chairs are 100 years old and no replacement. Customers doesn't value much for them. Kerala style.
