★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good all products available also discount. But return or exchange policy was worst. Be Careful Once you buy you can return or exchange but you can't get money refund. They will give you a slip 6 month validity. Billing Staff Behave like Rowdy. This is 3rd time visit and I will never visit here again ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your service is extremely pathetic. Hennur store has always server problem and customers are always in queues. This has been experiencing for more than a month. Intend to never visit your store these days. So sorry to make this comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good decent supermarket.. But as in Everything related to Tata, it feels like a govt. owned supermarket.. The people are extremely slow to help and there is a sense that they don't really care of you buy from them. Not that they are rude or anything, but just that they know their salaries won't get affected even if you don't shop from them. This is in clear contrast to other supermarkets in the area.. The Tata products are good though and I have heard that the fresh Non-Veg items there are also good,(Am a vegetarian, so can't provide a first hand account). I buy my cashews and other dry fruits from here as it seems to be of better quality than other shops in the vicinity,.. In short great products, but poor customer service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most products are available, good vegetables, spacious & brightly lit interiors. But their billing machines are always problematic and needs to be revamped.
I spend 5 -10 minutes shopping and wait for about 20 minutes at the billing counter.
I have complained about this to the manager too but no response yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide variety of items and fresh too. But prices especially vegetables costlier than Market. No need to run between shops as you can find all items under one roof . Parking is also available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff was well trained and helpful,you can also find a meat store inside this supermarket where you can get fish and chicken and the best part is they'll open it earlier than other supermarkets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and clean, well-arranged, grocery and veggies store. Good prices for provisions. Great selection in NV section. However, parking seems to be only on Hennur Main Road, which can mean a 100m walk without a trolley!
