★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place used to be nice place to go for all grocery needs untill jio mart was launched. Now it's more like a warehouse of jio mart where you can do offline shopping as well. The fruits and vegetables section is very unorganised and lot of crates lying here and there. Sometimes there is no place to walk around. There will be so many staff dedicated to online orders but not anybody to help at the counters. The billing is also very slow now with only a few counters operational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very sorry to say that after purchasing of Rs.11500/- of provision, home delivery was denied by your staff stating that unless purchase of rice bag home delivery is not accepted. It is not fare on your part. Before purchasing you should have been informed this condition or provide display.
Really i am fed up and informing must require improvement . We didn't find any supervisor or manager when the incident was happened. Totally management failed. Krishnakumar, ph no.888421704

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy electric items here. Last month i bought BPL LED tube light with 2 years warranty and they marked warranty details in item itself. Next day itself It was not working. So I went to Reliance shop to exchange. The manager told, they won't exchange any item. They asked me to speak with BPL customer care. The customer care person suggested that, exchange the product where i purchased. But here they are not ready to exchange. After many arguments, they have replaced and told me next time they won't replace. Before same thing happened for Junction Box also. The manager is not ready to listen to anything. Don't buy any Electric items here. It is waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has ample parking, a huge collection of items from vegetables, fruits, daily grocery, household cleaning items apart from your grocery. They also deliver from this store when booked from JioMart.
Since the cashiers or store attendees are new, they might bill your product incorrectly. Eg billing chilly as lemon, billing 2 kg and forgetting to label the item bought. Please be careful of those.
If you shop above 1000, you get half a kilo atta at Rs 9. They have many other offers like that as well.

No any assistant, no support.products are so cheap in quality that it stopped working in 1 month onl
