★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my interview few days back and it was a lengthy process(7 rounds in total). I cleared all the rounds and was selected too. And I was very happy that I got my first job and they told that I will be getting my offer letter and DOJ letter in mail. And I waited more than a month for it and never got a single mail from them. When I contacted the HR, She checked and told that my details are not present in their database. And so I gave up on this company and joined in a more reputed IT company in India after 4 months. They just wasted my 3 months time by just giving me false hope that I'll receive my offer letter in next 3 r 4 days. This dint happen only to me but also another guy who was interviewed along with me and we both got selected and never got a proper reply from them.
If u don't have intention of hiring people, please don't arrange for the interview and waste our time. For clearing those 7 rounds, I had spent more than 4 days in your office premises and got nothing in return.
It just hits you hard wen u get rejected for no fault of yours. And that too at your first job hits you more harder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a requirement for SAP SD & S/4 HANA for experience person ( not for freshers). I have cleared the technical round, after that they have scheduled on-site manager round two times but no body has joined the call. Few days later I have received rejection mail.
Guys do not waste your time if you are already working in any organisation, Fresher can take a risk as they need to start the career.

Giving one star because no zero star available.
1. Very bad work pressure - asked to work on multiple projects because no people are available
2. No appreciation from anybody
3.Very bad management - unrealistic promises which never are full filled.
4. Lots of changes in the management team - Every now and then we have new people
5. Attrition - Employees are leaving because they are not happy
6. False promises about carer growth - In town halls we hear so many things but don't happen anytime to people.
7.No hikes or very minimal hikes(3 to 5%) for old people in the company.
8. WFH is working 24*7 squeeze employees, poor benefits, work long hours
9. HR is very bad, they treat us like slaves, while releasing offer letter very very sweet talk and once inside the company the voice changes
10. All Manual testing projects but hired for automation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience right from scheduling of interviews.After getting a cal 1st round scheduled after 8 days.Got qualified for d 1st round then 2nd round scheduled after 10 days of 1st round.Then in between no message or cal from qualities.I personally dropped message to recruiter then asked for document submission.After submitting documents 8 days no reply.Then got a call that there wil be client round but client round didn't connected and then sent a link to accept d offer.After signing d offer client round was scheduled.So much of lengthy process can't trust.They wil select or not.Or After selection what they wil do.No clear idea regarding work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Company and very bad experiences I have gone through.
I have attended the interview and got the confirmation mail that I got selected and asked for sharing all my documents.
I have shared all the documents and it's been more than a week no response from them, and I tried calling HR and she has blocked my number.
I have invested my valuable time and attended the interview and these people are playing with peoples emotions.
If they are not interested why should they conduct the interview and send the confirmation letter also.
Shame on your part simply wasting the time of the employees..
I suggest the people not to attend the interviews if you get any call from Qualitest.
No professionalism..
