★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been 2 months I’ve been going there. I been to different fitness establishments before, this is different. I felt, trainers here are super friendly and they genuinely care for you. Other fellow colleagues are also friendly and sessions are fun. Each day workouts are different and there are weekly Mui Thai sessions. Ramesh and Prakash are main trainers, they are very knowledgeable and welcoming.
