By far the best value for money facility in and around RRnagar. The gym is well maintained, clean and hygiene. Equipment are world class, and very premium for the price range of the membership. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today.

Gym and professionals here are very good and humble. Equipment is of high quality and top notch maintenance. Hygiene levels are good. It will be helpful if you can buy a pair of foam rollers of different hardness which will help in relaxing stiff muscles. Also, some important equipments like legs abduction and adduction is missing. Please include body mobility exercises in the training schedule and not just weight training
