★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffer with a muscle injury due to an accident because of which i cant do cardio or weight training properly , my dad adviced me to try yoga and i did it under the supervision of teachers at cult gym and as of today i do cardio and weight training in the same gym. I must say yoga classes in Banashankari are so good here.

She understands that each person and their body type is different and suggests workouts accordingly. She is the sole reason why I able to believe that I can loose weight and get back to shape. Thank you shashikala ma'am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym trainers are awesome…. Shashikala always with a smile on her face greets everyone with enthusiasm helps with adding many new routines to the workout.
The cleanliness of the gym and the way it is maintained is exceptional.
Yadav is very helpful too in posture correction and motivating to take up new challenges.
Overall very satisfied with my experience at this gym.
