Doesn't even deserve 1 star rating, doctors are unqualified & unprofessional, they just want to rob money from patients, the scare us by saying the patient needs to be admitted in ICU, else they will not make it, disgusting doctors

This is one of the worst Hospital I will never recommend this hospital.. Dr.Hemalatha she is short temper doctor not guiding properly and she does't have patience to guide the patient properly. I have admitted my wife on 08.11.2021, I have taken semi special ward charged Rs.2500 per day the room is very dirty and ugly, no door lock for toilet and toilet is very dirty. Admitted for cervical stitches, but it was adondened due to short cervix but she does not know what is the next procedure what kind of doctor she is, they want to loot the money.. completely money minded Hospital.. they collected Rs.1000 for covid test they dint provided any test report also..

Wish there was an option not to give a star. Think before believing the "good" reviews from other sites. This is not an emotional review but a practical one,for I know one's life is invaluable. If any medical doctor or nursing staff is reading this, please do not choose this profession to make money. There are hell lot of jobs in this world to mint money. This profession is matter of a father, a mother, a husband etc., to someone who can't be replaced. It was in April when my father was admitted for severe covid pneumonia, due to unavailability of bed anywhere else. He was in ICU for 35days and finally died. We spent close to 18L and was given a dead body. Even though the case was severe they started with mild doses and gave time for the infection to happily intensify. This is a maternity hospital and has no knowledge about covid treatment. Just coz they have oxygen supply they made it covid centre to loot money during peak time. Once my father was bedridden after a week, there was nobody to look after him properly, feed him and change his diapers. Until the day i started visiting him. Bag full of medicines lying by his bed, opened capsules and tablets all over the table. This was the scene in ICU. Only when a doctor's relative is admitted in ICU the best nursing staff would be assigned to ICU. They charge 30-40k per day, way out of their worth. One day when i went to feed my dad, the oxygen supply went down all the patients in ICU were struggling, the ward boy who was supposed to check it said he's taking bath and will check later. This is the level of service they provide. Another incident was when his condition became critical, the way duty doctor conveys the message is the rudest possible way. I was panicking and asked can we do something (in a way like bring some medicine etc), she was like will you give treatment?, all those days i was helpless and just to ignore their rude existence. During the course of treatment they won't provide case file nor the reports for second opinion. Except for blood test the infra doesn't have proper lab. To get a CT should take patient to another centre. If the patient is oxygen dependent and can't travel then we can forget the CT. After my father's death i was going through all the case files, there were many reports of different patients in his file. The treatment and medicines to be given in first two weeks were given in 4th week in this hospital. Other known doctors conveyed that my father could be saved if the treatment was rigourous during initial weeks. No guilt or regret can bring the lost life. To summarise, 1. Inexperienced duty doctors - They don't even know to write a prescription/summary properly in english, rude and incapable. 2. Nursing staffs - All young and inefficient, they prefer chit chatting and using mobiles over looking after/nursing patients. To change a urine catheter or a diaper need to roam behind them for days. Not sure how well they give medicine on time. 3. Receptionist - is rude, all they want is to collect due bills. 4. Infrastructure - worst and unhygienic. There's no arrangement for drinking water. The ICU is no less than a general ward/ dump yard, toilets are worst n slippery for patients, some rooms have no doors or windows, light or fan. But the charges are same. Think a lot before admitting somebody. Always go before the condition becomes severe, prefer a familiar hospital with known staff, good doctors and having all the lab facilities with better infra. Sometimes even the tiniest details will matter to save a life. We do pay full bill we definitely deserve the best treatment.

Worst hospital till date Would like to give 0 stars to it Avoid this hospital at any cost and i have seen fair share of hosiptals to stress on this point. My sister had a baby 2 days back. Staff were rude , lacking respect , and it was hard to get anyone to attend to the patient . i guess they need to attend nursing school once again (assuming they attended first time ) It took three days just to get the blood test of the new born baby . The experience was a nightmare for my sister and family . If ur doctor suggests this hospital request ur doc to change thr hospital , if that is not possible better change ur consulting doctor.

I have couple of reasons to give single star (actually it should be less than 1 star) 1. Staff - staff is Not co-operative, they don't understand the urgency. No set process. 2. Time management: it is been couplenof times I have been here (in the recent times.) No doctor or any scanning person appears on time. 3. Not hygienic It feels sad, because I had been admitted here couple of years back and got good treatment in that time. But I think 2017 onwards it is declining. I came here in that time.. as I had high fever (dengue) but no one was there to ask anything. Finally got admitted in Jains hospital. Now again came here hoping things are changed. But unfortunately no. Hopefully they will improve in the coming day. This is in prime location. People need good hospital.

Worst Hospital in Bangalore, I never seen such a uneducated doctors and management was kept ssc nurses as a doctors in this hospital. The behavior and treatment was 0 out of 5. Don't trust the name board in the reception, no doctors is a MBBS, worst part is regular treatment is taking care of 1 year expeience Nurse, not Doctor. This doctors wants only Money, not the service of humans. They never think about patient's health. Atleast they should save some people who is trusting its a hospital.
