β β β β β I would NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone unless you have loads of money that you do not know what to do with. Am not sure how it works at the other hospitals but this has been my experience here. I would strongly suggest asking for the details (breakup of the charges) before you get admitted and here's why from my experience:
We were asked to get admitted for some procedure. When we took the patient for admission, as usual, one of the doctor's checked the vitals before the admission and then moved the patient to the ward/room. Guess what, I was charged 600 rs for that in addition to the registration fees of 900 rs. And the reason they gave was that the doctor checked the patient. We were there to get admitted, so why check in the casualty again?
The room charge is approx 2,400 or 3,400 depending on special ward or whatever. But they will never tell you that this is only the room cost. You will be charged for every possible thing (bed wash, air bed, oxygen) separately and all the charges are exorbitant. I wonder what that 2,400/3400 is for.
The next is the dialysis charges. When asked, I was told it would cost 8.5k per dialysis because the patient was in the ICU. After the dialysis, when i see the bill, it's beyond what I could even imagine. I was not informed about the other charges that would come along with it. When asked, again some excuse.
We were billed 40k (if i remember correctly) only towards the consultation charges for a period of two weeks. This is excluding the specialists that were consulted.
The list is just endless and shocking.
The only good thing about my experience here was that the attenders were not charged. I won't be surprised if they did in the near future for using any of their amenities.

β β β β β One Of the worst experience, waiting time is minimum 3 hours just for fever check up also.
And if you have xray test then God save you, it will b added 2 hours.
There is online consultation but still it is not effective.
I suggest you go for a small clinic or some other good hospitals.

β β β β β Please read this with patience before you visit this place? Recently we went for fever and cold. It was a horrible experience. The whole hospital runs with just 5 staff. Cleaning lady checked vitals, wrote it in slip. We were asked to get tests that accounted for 4000 rs. Test results were written in a slip. The hospital is like a dungeon, no ventilation, dust everywhere, no proper seating/waiting arrangements. Except for wearing mask not even one covid protocol is followed. Even on top of it they charge extravagant amount. They don't give you bill for any of it. After waiting for an hour, Doctor Mohan didn't even listen to our problems, he was extremely rude, he spent 1 minute on us and all others. He invests more time in prescribing(I don't know what calculations he'll be doing) than checking the patient. We had other problems apart from fever, he didn't even listen. They charged us 2200 for 1 RTPCR test, asked us to come at 8am in the morning. Made us wait till 9:30am, the report did not reach us even after 2 days. This place only makes you wait and digs a huge hole in your pocket. It runs on 0%
ethics and 100% arrogance (from all 5 staff and especially the doctor). Only good thing is,you can get a clear picture of how to run a "business" with minimal investment and no morality if you visit this place. It also helps you understand that doctors like Mohan and hospitals like Dia Vista are a shame in the name of health care services. When karma hits back in all its brutality, everybody here will probably understand what they made the patients go through.

β β β β β One of the best Hospital & best health care facility in Bengaluru. The staff and doctors are very friendly. There might be waiting time because of the huge number of patients they attend to. The COVID crisis is being handled with utmost care and concern. They recovery rate is highest in the hospital.

β β β β β Doctor Mohan and Doctor Nagaraj both does a wonderful job in diagnosis and explaining the cause and providing the proper solution.
But, the receptionist are awful, they are not organised to send the patients the way they checked in. This causes tremendous waiting time and if someone say they are next, receptionist shows some book where they have written names. Older patients wait for a very long time and often they say, βI should change the doctorβ .
I would request management to take a look at this issue and provide a proper solution so that patients are served first come first serve or if they have any rules, sharing that with everyone so that patients will not be kept blind when their number comes.

β β β β β The worst hospital you'll ever find in Bangalore!!
He overcharges for everything like literally!! Just money-minded
He'll make you wait for hours and hours even if you've an appointment also. Don't even think abt getting consulted by him if you don't hv an appointment, you'll be waiting for days. He takes hours to do basic procedure.
Hospital feels like claustrophobic!!
Doesn't even tell wt's the problem of the patient. Just writes and gives tablets worth 1k per month!
Tablets for everything!!
And again calls after month after month to make monthly revenue from us.
He probably didn't study MBBS or wtever, just business...

β β β β β I have been visiting Dr Mohan with my father for his diabetes consultation since 2 years, the doctor just does not have any time sense at all. All appointments are given 2 hours prior and patients are made to wait for 2 hours minimum. Although he might be a gold medalist but ethically he is not worthy, does not care about old people who come and wait for hours together please donβt visit him
