★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff don't know how to respond, very rude! No instant response, had to wait more than half an hour to consult the duty doctor, apparently there was no doctor, only nurse around the night time potrayed as doctor, Insensitive behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very wort experience we had they make us to wait for more than 3 hours for just 1 minute of clarification. The reception guys who sits near Dr. Mohan is very rude and arrogant really heart breaking. Due to this nature of people work hospital get bad name. When we admit they treat different after discharge if we want any clarification they make us to wait hours. That's true right after taking honey from comb there is zero value for comb....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited hospital for consultation, but for my bad, general physician had a long queue. The receptionist was polite and suggested it would take an hour more or can take appointment for other day. When I requested for the specialist, they gave the timing. They even asked, if any emergency duty doctor is available.
I choose specialist. Since it's only half an hour left for his arrival, thought of waiting in hospital. To my surprise, doctor came 5 min early. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this hospital quite a few times in the past. The first time was when I was about 6 years old. The doctors are well qualified and give decent treatment. However the reason for the poor rating is the attitude of the support staff. The ones who give appointments speak in a very rude manner and don't give correct information. The doctors themselves come at their own times. The waiting time, despite taking prior appointments can go beyond 3 hours.
This leads to a poor patient experience in the hospital and can bring bad names to the doctors too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate this hospital always 4star and above because it’s been many times I have visited this hospital for my parents. Had admitted my father two years back. The treatment in the hospital was apt to the time for the patient including all the tests conducted. The doctors,nurses,ward boys and all lady staff in icu and also in the wards are very friendly and we never felt the environment of the hospital. It is very homely.
We received the same treatment and hospitality again a month back when both my parents were admitted from all the staff including the front office. Everybody are very cooperative. The doctors and nurses in the emergency too are friendly and helping as that’s the time where the patient needs them the most.
The ladies who are there for cleaning too are too helping and homely.
The 5 star rating will be given definitely when the hospital has tie up with all the insurance companies because it is a hindrance when the patient gets admitted and we have to pay and then claim later as it takes few months
