The owner here gives personal attention to you and makes sure you achieve your target.
The gym has aerobics, zumba and yoga sessions which are also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome zumba classes. The space is good, only issue is the coaches hurry up as soon as time gets to 9.30pm to shut the gym before 10 so in actual the timings of gym are till 9.45pm instead of 10pm
