★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Healthy and clean environment, no hanky panky folks loitering here, humble and down to earth owner and trainers. Genuine personal trainers (would like to name Parab Sir who is doing such a fantastic work) who help you pro-actively without you having to pay extra for personal trainer. Compared to a lot of gyms I have visited, I felt these folks have a lot of knowledge and willing to share, they seem passionate seeing their pupils grow rather than think about money always. Only gym in this area where I have seen range of equipments, ranging from ropes to dumbells to other functional as well as weight machines.Most importantly they have a space reserved for yoga and other floor excercises and thus its not cramped up.

Atmosphere is also friendly n cheerful, love working out here.
