★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish/pray no one goes through with what we have been through. Doctors are not less than God certainly, but probably I can't say the same when it comes to Orchid hospital. Despite understanding the criticality of situation, they kept us unaware about their activities and kept saying doctor will come in 1-2hours and they kept saying this from afternoon to evening and in evening they finally said neurosurgeon will come next morning. All this happened when our patient was brought in ICU condition. And all this forced us to take immediate action to shift from Orchid hospital. While writing this now and always will thank god that we decided on the right time to shift our patient and saved her life. Orchid hospital's behavior/attitude was totally unacceptable towards our case and had made the situation extremely difficult for us and family members. I genuinely pray no one faces such for their relatives. Ultimately they have proved the point that they value money more than someone's life.

We paid unnecessary doctor visit charges and rather than consulting patient and giving proper treatment the doctor saying thank you to Hospital as saying "thanks for referring this patient" to me so that I can loot them...
Moreover after keeping patient for entire day and tons of test they were unable to find the root cause of the pain the patient having and we took a emergency tranfer to another hospital.
Stay away from this hospital as its not a hospital but a shop of thiefs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Hospital than CT Nursing and other which are located in Lohagaon and dhanori Best Pediatric for kids Best Doctors and Staff.. My sister had panic attack first time, they kept her in ICU for 24 hrs she is back to normal now .. Treatment On time they don't bother about money in front of patients life.. Like how in other hospital first pay then treatment will begain.. Overall best experience Like Jahangir Hospital..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a Hospital; it's a corrupt money making Machine for the owner. Happened with me - For a simple case of Gastric, they ended up charging Rs.9000 by admitting the patient unnecessarily. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE - THEY WILL LOOT YOU. No one there cares to listen to you once you get admitted. In the end, the accounts team will give you a bill which won't make any sense and if you ask them for explanation, they will shoo you away.
There is another hospital right next to it - go there if you have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruthless thieves. They first find if you have coperate medical insurance and if you have then it is fix that you can't escape from at least 3 days of hospital stay. Funny part, if you ask them charges for room charges then they confirm 1700 for mediclaim and 7500 for non medical insurance
When I got to know this baseless charges then I realised this is a trap
In fact I took my daughter due to breathing problem and OPD doctor said that it is just panic attack and will be okay in couple of hours.
But later they completely changed and mentioned that hospital admission is must. Eventually another girl came with same issue where they confirmed that hospital admit is not required.Because she was not covered in medical insurance
They took my daughter to xray room and when she came out, ward boy was excited and asked doctor to take my daughter to ICU (for hefty bill). Funny part is, my daughter had almost recovered when she was out from xray room. It happened in Dec 2021 and xray report is not shared with me after many visits to hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean this is not even a hospital it's a casino for owner.
We went with my wife who could walk don't know why . We went to a doctor named rashmi . She told me we have to admit my wife without even checking what's happening to her . I was about to admit my wife but I didn't cause it seemed off when she didn't even checked if she had fever or anything. She made the list of labtest we need to do . And when I saw the list of lab test it was like 10 labtest when she even didn't checked if she had fever. Only he took blood for these test once and cost me 3000 rs for nothing.
Then I went for reviews for this hospital and saw this hospital is bullxxhit . Pls avoid this scam hospital. They don't care if u live or die they just want to make money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is known for the service they provide. They are a bit expensive. If you have insurance then the charges may go a bit higher than you expected. It's easily accessible by road and have been in service for a while now to be known by its own name. The doctor's are experienced and knowledgeable.The nurses who were in charge of taking care of me were dedicated towards there work. Cleanliness is something you will find as the housekeeping team is also a good one. In short you can find treatments here for your problems but do carry a heavy pocket.
