★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happen to have accessed Anytime Fitness in Kensignton, Maryland and and AF KOvan, Singapore. Never met unprofessional staff like in India. 6am on the very 1st day me and my partner were said, you can enter only after paying. Fair enough but 1 junior staff available, no floor trainers no managers. The available staff is not equipped to take the payment or generate an invoice. Special instructions of Ms Arti Chauhan to not let guests enter without payment. This is review of AF Central Plaza Mall, Golf Course Rd. The "Premium" branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really unprofessional attitude of so called Sales head Mr. Ankush, who keeps on lying on every small thing, very arrogant, rude, ill mannered, no customer focus, should be thrown out of the job, he is spoiling Anytime Fitness image & not caring at all for the brand at all. He is not at all professional, neither the staff is clear on what they have to communicate,. all liers hired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upsetting and unprofessional behavior. I have lost 15K under the subscription plan they offered which was halted during the pandemic. No communication or follow-ups from the team post calling and emails too.
On final contact, they are giving me 60 access days only claiming the gym was active since August and I should I followed up on their 'social media' for the updates. How is this fair to customers? Please do not join this center all frauds and very unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't join them at least in pandemic , they don't care for lockdown or govt regulations. I took membership for one year and after that lockdown happened, they said forget the fees you paid in past better buy a new, they won't adjust the lock down on actual may give some mercy only if you buy new. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good gym spread over two floors, which makes it spacious. Equipment looked well maintained & gym looked very clean. Trainers are knowledgeable and help out quite a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to join for a workout.. all necessary equipments / machines available of reputed brands like Life Fitness, Hammer Strength etc..
Trainer's are good.. some of them have good knowledge..
Missed out on one star coz the gym dosent have a dedicated Bench press , Incline press, Decline bench... Need to adjust the squat rack to fit these three...
Otherwise everything is good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience with anytime fitness sector 57 Gurgaon I am doing workout since 3yrs ,when I had taken member they had told me I can freeze membership onces in a year but in November when I said I want to freeze my membership they were asking me to pay rs 600/- for that.
At the time of taking membership they don't clear anything.
