★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever rent this PG.
Fraud, NO sense of talking, No facilities, and THEY WILL NEVER EVER GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT AMOUNT. ALL THE ABOVE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. Pathetic place to be in gurgaon. It made my whole experience of gurgaon worst.
I made an mistake of not going through the reviews before renting the PG. If someone is planing to rent this PG, please don't.
Can anyone suggest me an mechanism through which we can make people aware about this place, so that no one in the futuer is cheated like we are and we can take action against them as most of us haven't got there security deposit back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This PG is run by GUNDAS. I am new in Gurgaon and was looking for a PG nearby. Just because of metro connectivity I took the PG in DLF Phase 3 and Most worst part I took ANANT PLAZA PG. When you will enter in Phase 3 u will see So many red painted Boards quoted ANANT PLAZA PG FOR BOYS and GIRLS (Please do not call that Guy).
1. They will talk to you nicely before u join and pay rent and security after that they will treat you like a beggar. You will go with any issue and they will ignore you.
2. Every day there was a issue in my 3 mnths stay. And No one is there to listen. I have seen they beat up ground floor guy just because he is asking why our electricity is not coming and it there in other buildings.
3. Food is available only for 15 mins after that all gone and no one is there to listen.
I have never give any review(good/bad) to anyone but u guys can understand how pathetic was my stay that I cant resist myself to give review and to save others from this HELL PG.
4. As u can see others reviews also forget about Security Amount. I did not get mine (8k). And I m not the only one.
They will not refund Security in any case.
For God sake pls do not recommend even your enemy to go that PG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are killers, they will cheat you out of your skin and you wont know it! what they do is that they ask for double the room rent the first month in the name of security deposit(which seems ok as it is common to almost all PGs) BUT please note that on the Receipt they will only write 'deposit' AND they WILL NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT! so, if you HAVE to stay there for some reason please beware and tell them to write the whole thing-'security deposit(Refundable).' Mind you they have not refunded my 12000/-plus security amount till date. I stayed there for 2 months July to Sep 2014.
2- The food is lousiest imaginable and you will seldom get your hands on breakfast if you want to reach your work/study place by 10 am.
3- The owner and manager are rude to the core. You will see them smiling once every month, yeah you've guessed it - at the time of rent payment.
4-Be sure all your complaints will go unheeded at best and invite rudest remarks at worst. instead of guests you will feel like 'slaves who pay for their slavery.' Believe me this is no exaggeration as you have to pay for every single thing including bed sheets AND have to arrange for water(and all other essentials) yourself when their system breaks down. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PG ever. Pathetic food. Rude people. No facilities. Overcharged electricity bill. I would request you to not to even think of coming here. Moreover, they don't give back the security, when you want to leave. So, basically, stay for at least an year to get back the security. And seriously, you can't stay in this hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys please keep this review in my mind before taking this PG because I was really fed up and that's why I am writing this review. The place is a living hell. You cannot find a worse PG. First of all, the rent. 6000 may sound economical to you but there are a lot of charges they dont tell you about at first. There is a maintenance charge of 600 rs., 300 for police protection and 100 for cable so that makes it 1000. Plus you will have to pay for electricity. They take 6000 additional as security and believe me when I say this but they are not going to return the security. Likh ke deta hu. They will make you cry but they will not give it. Sandeep is the guy that you will meet at first. He will seem nice to you but as soon as you give him security money he becomes rude and wont listen to any of your complaints. Manjeet another servant of the PG is again very rude. He actually will fire abuses on you if you ask for security money. Then there is Manjeet, he seems a lot nice to you at first but when you go to office he steals your stuff. Then there is a lady whose name I dont know but she probably is the owner. She talks nicely to you at first but when you ask suppose second time for the security she yells at you. She actually said these words to me, "Tere baap ka PG hai kya, jaa M** *hu**". There is Sahil the accountant guy, he is the most sensible and honest of the lot but only comes once a week so you cant really do much about it.
Now since you have paid so much money you would get the services accordingly but you get nothing. There is almost 12 hours of power cut and the food you get is below average. So, I would really really suggest dont choose this PG, choose any other but not this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic food and they don't have any respect for anyone. Treats like they have complete power to do anything wrong with you. There is also one lady who shouted and beats the girls staying in PG if girls asked to return their security deposit. Seems they have some collaboration with local Police also because if you will complain against them no one will take any action. I'll not suggest anyone to go for this PG. They neither provides good facility nor they will return your security deposit. There is no option to give zero star so I have to give 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PG ever!!!! They will try to loot your advance amount. Rooms are not at all good!!!! Beds has cockroaches inside. I paid money for TV and cable together where there was no TV in my room at all!!!! When asked for TV everyday, they say tomorrow which never came. Not at all proper PG for staying there..
