They mainly serve deep fried foods like fish fry, fish kobiraji, fish roll, egg devil, mutton chop, fish kochuri etc. Their speciality is the food quality. They use the best quality vetki fish of the market to make their preparations which makes their foods most delicious. In terms of pricing foods are bit expensive compare to other food joints of same menu but it is worthy to pay.

And the prices are very considerable for the amount.
They use the best Vetki Fillet. Just amazing in taste. ?
But the kabiraji was not so good oily and dry.?
My recommendation would be Fish Orly,Fish Fry,Fish and Chips, Fish Pakoras , And Chicken wontons and pakoras. ?

They are world famous for their Fish Roll.
A small shop that never compromised with quality of ingredients. This place is epic and is running from generations.
Things to definitely try,
1. Fish Roll

3. Mutton Breast Cutlet
4. Prawn Cutlet if you get the chance
5. Many other usable options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apanjan food is quite good but not too reasonable. You will get variety of snacks item there. Must try Mutton Kobiraji, Fish Roll, Fish cutlet, Chicken Kutlet. The overall experience was good although they only have take away option only and when it comes to online payment, they only accept from Paytm Wallet no any UPI payments. Best time to visit 5:30-6:30 pm after that the snacks corner get crowded. All snacks item are accompanied by Kasundi. The whole area is one way road. Try to available from Kaligat metro side station if you are going by car.

It is considered a Paradise for south Calcutta living people...they have variety of fried food items like fish kabiraji, fish chop, fish fry, chicken kabiraji, cutlate, leg fry, drum stick, variety of mutton items. The special is the radhaballavi and fish kocuri...its yummm....people who visits kalighat Ma kali temple and other purpose of work...atleast once should try this...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had a great experience visiting apanjan. Take anything you like, it will taste good. It's like a small roadside joint where even sitting is not available. Like parar chop-er dokan. But don't get disappointed because the food tastes better than 5-star.
They are famous mainly for fish like kabiraji, fish fry and others. The cost to quantity ratio is quite affordable. There is absolutely no compromise with quality so you can eat safely.
Beware they only sell fried items and the food is no where healthy, NOT FOR THR FAINT HEARTED
