★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took 45000/-advance to make glass enclosure for bathroom, and upvc windows. Did nothing!! Apart from that they bill higher price item and supply lower price item of same company!! They didn't return this advance money!!! They are cheats.It is my social responsibility to alert all new and existing buyers of sanitary and plumbing materials from their 3 shops located in Rashbehari Avenue Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible business. The old man will be extremely polite while selling . I bought a LED-mirror . They had taken the full payment of the same agreed on free delivery and fitting. Later they called and said can you take the mirror , when I said no as they had promised delivery , he said then u have to pay the fixing charges . Later the guy comes for fixing and the mirror is of a bigger size and could not be fixed. He leaves the mirror and goes and later calls back and says that Panja has not paid him any cab fare and said to take it from the customer. I had still paid him some money as he did put some effort. On calling the shop, the man says we can’t do anything as it’s been sold. Absolute fraud services. I wasted inr 4800 just for nothing. Both the old man and his grandson are fraud. Please refrain from buying anything from them.
