★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beware of this shop. they are very sweet talking in the beginning and promise the earth and moon and then go back on all assurances. send incomplete, defective and cracked stuf... harass you and amke you run continuously to their shop hauling all heave stuff... and make up the discount given by leaving you with no option but to repurchase the defective cracked stuff they have "delivered"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not go to this shop. We ordered quite a lot of bathroom fittings and assesories from there. When the material was delivered, they forgot to send some of the things. There were mistakes in their pakka bill, in jaguar warranty certificate. We bought two close couple jaguar commodes from them. On installetion time we found only the outer body of one cistern without inner parts. The sealing cover was open and stuffed inside the cistern body. We had to go and get inner parts. Then the plumber discovered they had delivered wrong cistern altogether. Another change. The hindware washbasin was found cracked. It was delivered without box and covered with dust. On cleaning the dust at installetion time the crack came out in the open. They refused to accept they had delivered faulty thing. We had to buy another. One of the fibre brackets was discovered cracked inside the box. They say check every piece at the time of purcgase. We had to buy one more and they charged more this time. For every mistake they pass the buck to this person or that. Everybody pretends ignorance of what happened. A very stressful experience indeed.
