I had a verbal fight with them today on sales return and also to my shock found out that they charge inflated price. Their employees mentioned price of LED light 8w is 150 bucks but they charged me 350 bucks.
Cheaters!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience, we bought an exhaust fan on 10 Dec, despite specifying the size of the diameter of the fan hole in our bathroom a smaller size fan was given. Which we came to return and buy a bigger size exhaust the next day morning. However we were told that exchange can happen after 12 pm whereas, we came with the fan around 10:10 am on our way to office. The staffs were insensitive and impolite, despite repeated request that we have office to attend and carry the fan with us; they said they can't help until the owner comes. Such exchange policy of post 12 pm window is not mentioned in the bill either. We have no choice to delay going yo office and revisit again. It was a mistake to buy from here.
