★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined Aparna's zumba class 6 months back and efficiently and stamina is increased. Also personal attention is given to each lady by taking monthly measurements as well as guiding wrt that in terms of new exercises, yoga, meditation, diet etc.

This is the best place where you can forget all your tension and be stress free atleast for an hour. You should at least visit once to this club, I am sure you all will have the same opinion as mine
