#Poor customer care attitude
I enrolled myself in this Gym on 9th December 2019 by paying full amount of Rs. 7700/- as their annual fees.
And couldn't continue my workout just after 3 days due to some genuine health issues.
I requested for a Refund citing the reason.
Also followed-up with an authorities multiple times.
But I haven't received my Refund yet.
This showcases very poor customer care policies & unprofessional approach towards the customer decisions.

It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The mightyfitness is intense for every level athlete, and you will love the atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to have a part of Mighty family. The ambiance of Gym is very nice. More over the instruments and infrastructure of Mighty fitness is really design well. One suggestion from my end, which could improve the Star rating.
Suggestion: To more focus on people "connect".
Yes their is no doubt the instructor and training is highly qualified in their respective areas and engaging with trainee. But my personnel feeling is that, they can have more interaction, communication with all (especially when new member entered). Communication help to keep person mentally fit and this may be the uniqueness Mighty team can create w.r.t other competitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best trainers very helpful. Amazing place for workout. We are seeing the results already within 3 months of joining. Everything is given from diet to exercise to advises and suggestions. Very friendly trainers and a huge place to workout freely. Separate leg cardio and upper body sections. Also they conduct aerobics and zumba classes alternate evenings. Very motivational for me. I can't believe myself that I have been this consistent and it's just because of the amazing trainers, my motivating friends and all the freedom we have got to make the gym to ourself. Must join. They also have affordable rates and lot of offers during seasons.
