★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainers are just plain bad. They take your money in bulk and ignore you completely after a couple of days. And there no refunds. The machines aren't great either. Join elsewhere and save your bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pheonix Powerfit has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Amazing personal trainers and complete, clean gym. Would highly recommend!

The owner is least interested in running the Gym just wants to earn money and doesn't care about anything else.
I paid for 2 months of personal training and just after 15 days everything went downhill - most of the times the trainer didn't showed up. I asked for a month's refund as it was not even remotely worth paying for the it but they didn't care. Once you pay the money you don't matter for them. I wasted my hard earned money - Save yourself from this place.
