They guide the customers well and do all that is required to help a customer. The delivery was ahead of schedule. The company is trustworthy and offer quality service. Safe and excellent from every angle to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from Essgi Infotech who also sell through estorewale. Through Estoreware (sold by Essgi), I received an open box item which was also defective. The Essgi team (Mr. Subrahmanya Hegde) still claims box is "factory-sealed", which is seriously unbelievable. Picture attached. My strong suspicion is that these folks sell their USED / RETURNED / REFURBISHED stock to unsuspecting customers like me with hope that APC will replace defective item with new one at customer location. Now I need to return the product at MY expense although no fault of mine and they will also deduct FORWARD shipping charges. I registered a complaint with APC and the APC team who is investigating my case confirmed they have received many complaints against ESSGI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The engineer Mr. Mahesh was on time and fixed the issue. Also he guided us how to take care of small issues by ourselves. The work was done within 15 minutes. I am fully satisfied with the service. The people are polite, prompt and honest. I fully recommend to all for any of their ups problems to enjoy the hassle free service to your full satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have almost 8 UPS from APC, and have been using them since last 15 years. APC is my most trustworthy brand when it comes to UPS, their quality and product are the best in the category.
Even after having such great products there are technological limitations that Batteries are going to give up after 3-4 years of usage. Recently I had 3 of my UPS serviced by Essgi Infotech.
I got their number from APC Customer Support, I spoke to Arun who is the manager and he was very Professional and quickly scheduled the replacement. The replacement was done by Mahesh Raja, he was very quick an experienced professional and very polite and courteous. Due to some miscommunication he did not get all the batteries required in all the 3 UPS so he came back next day to replace the missing part. He was punctual both the times and gave us service assurance in case of any future issues, by taking ownership and sharing his direct number.
I would highly recommend Essgi Infotech service for any UPS related issues.
