★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a worst nursing home I have ever seen. Please don't admit your love ones. They don't provide any treatment. They ask only for money. The head Dr R K looks like 8 pass. This place is simply horrible. No arrangements, nor proper staff, neither proper Dr.. nothing is there. They only know how to declare a patient into a dead body. Since there is scarcity of bed in kolkata, still I will suggest not to admit your patient here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital till date. No treatment will be provided to the patient neither they will provide water or food to the patient. Only money is what they all ask but no service. No doctors. Bloody cheaters and theft. Please do not take any of your loved ones over there any day. If you even ask discharge they ll turn off oxygen instantly if the patient is on support of it. I was lucky to get my dad out of the place but till then it was too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this hospital. My wife was admitted here due to Covid. They are charging 40,000 per day. And for ICU, 50,000 per day. They say that it is a "package". But, their treatment is not worth Rs 4000. They don't have waiting area for the patients and visitors. Facility is below standard. Even, government hospitals are better than this. No proper oxygen is provided to patients. They take Rs 80,000 as advance for admission. They charge Rs 14,000 for ambulance. They have only 3-4 doctors, and others doctors are brought from outside as consultant. At the time of discharge, no proper bill with proper break-up is provide, so, it becomes hard to apply for mediclaim. Stay away from this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital... Only money making place. Taking patient and doing nothing. Simply making the stay long for billing purpose. My dad was admitted there in ICU and for the first night there was a dead body kept beside his bed. No care is taken for the patients. Only oxygen and few medicines are given and rest is on the mercy of God. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would request all not to get a treatment done at this hospital. Firstly, they work only for money, secondly, they provide no care to the patients. On a personal experience, my dad had covid-19 systems and was critically ill, however, upon admitting to the hospital, he didn't receive any medication for 12 hours during which his SPO2 saturation dropped to 85%. Lastly, we had to get him discharged and get him admitted to a super specialty hospital which charged even lower than Apex.
I would highly recommend to avoid this hospital for any emergency situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to request to everyone, please don't go to this hospital. Firstly, this place is extremely expensive as if they work only and only for money, secondly, they provide less care to the patient even he/she is critically ill. However the nurses and the doctors I met was kind hearted and dutiful.
Specially I would like to mention the name of Dr. Moumita Dhar and her assistant nurse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was a chronic kidney patient. They told us they will call nephrologist, neurologist. But nobody came. He was left there without any treatment. We couldn't even transfer him to any other hospital as his condition became critical. And this way my father passed away. They charged all the balance from swasthya sathi card. When my father passed away we went to take his body, my mother didn't even get a chair to sit also. The behaviour was so bad. Please never admit your patient here. They simply kill their patients. They don't have any kind of doctors there. They are all unprofessional people who don't know how to pronounce nephrologist or neurologist also. My biggest mistake was to admit my father here. I lost him.
