★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for ct scan and other modalities in chankheda. Highly skilled doctor and staff. I would highly recommend to everyone. I came there for ct scan. report was very accurate and explanatory which was highly needed in our case. also doctor guided us for further treatment. I am very thankful to him. Very nice experience by far .. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an x ray. Assistant and receptionist were very good at billing and getting the x ray done.
And now the wait starts. Doctor was no at the center and no one informed that we need to wait long to get report.
I asked if it is going to take more than 30 min, then I can collect report later. Got the response to wait for 10 min after every 10 min.
Still at the clinic waiting for the doctor with more than an hour of waiting
Very unprofessional and does not value customer/patients time and convenience.
So long story short, take a commitment for report delivery before paying unless u have good time enjoy waiting

Radiologist is highly qualified and experience even explaining everything about scan ,report and giving right advice after exam report. I definitely recommend everyone. Best value for money and now a days 20% off on the new year offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst imaging center I have ever been... Very unhygienic and dirty place.. Staff is so rude to patients... Waiting area is full of flies and dirt... I suggest not to go with children or aged people..I went there at 7:30 PM with my wife and she was in pain, still we had to sit for 2 hours and there were total 7 patients ahead of me, then came and uncle with some reference so Doctor directly called them and other patients (including me and my wife) had to wait more because they gave first priority to reference patients, which means they don't value time of customers and only runs their center for VIP people who comes there with reference. And very main thing that the Doctor who does the scans and report is so rude and mean with patients.. And touches the female patients intentionally where he is not supposed to touch... I suggest no to go to this center. Instead go to any of the imaging center but not here. Apex is not at all recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person sitting on reception, don't know anything. If they tell you to wait for 30 minutes, be ready to wait for more than 3 hours. This happens with everyone. machine became ready after two hours and there was no instruction from the person at reception. We asked him six times and the answer was same all the time "I don't know".
I asked him to contact the doctor and reply. He told that he can't do this.
At least he should inform that urinal pressure is required. Don't go washroom.

The staff is very unprofessional and gives no response to patients queries.
If u are going here then get ready to waste your 3-4 hours just for Sonography. They let u wait for hours and hours for just one report.
No professionalism.
They give first priority to patients with reference like relatives or any senior person with higher post in a reputed company. So if u are their relative or an officer then only go here or else u will have to wait for 3 to 4 hours because they don't value time of patients.
A common man has to sit there in a queue and watch the VIP's go for reports without even entry. VIP just come in the center and calls the doctor and doctor will come out and take them in the lab with him.
Do not suggest Apex to anyone and avoid going here.
