★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not properly behaving of Chandkheda branch and I have purchase my 2 access from dealership arke Suzuki . . Is being serviced last month but issues for
1 . Jerkey movement while applying front break was not solved .. and
2 .i changed oil last month and mechanic told me that after 2000 km it will automatically show that you have to change Oil but after 300 kms it was showing change the oil . So I am in doubt that oil is being changed or not
3. And battery wire automatically becomes loose
And now the guy is asking for the price of to change the break liner. And still my access not completed one year .. it’s still in warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only single person is there for washing, polishing, cleaning,etc....only 1 person handle the entire service center..I had to wait for 20 minutes even though I went after they called me for pick up..he didn't even wash or polish the bike nicely..for that wash he is taking 350 rs nd then also not doing it properly...when told about improper polishing he didn't even do it by himself...i had to show each nd every area..whre polish isn't done .lack of knowledge..lack of staff..lack of customer management..lack of service.. in short lack of everything

Only single person is there for washing, polishing, cleaning,etc....only 1 person handle the entire service center.....no longer waiting instant service provided.. thanks arke Chandkheda branch???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchase access 125. They took one month to provide helmet. They fitted guard with no footrest while delivery and took more than a month to replace it when i followed up on daily basis.
On first service i let them know ablut the issues but they didn't fixed all of them. So for other issues i have to waste my times again by visiting the workshope.
I am giving 1 star only for their behaviour and not declineing issues to resolved.
