★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company. Has given me AMC in the name of KENT. I paid Rs. 12000/- for 3 year AMC (Invoice No. 4898). They never provide services on time. Whenever there is any problem in RO, it remains down for a minimum of 4-5 days of time. Have to call dozen of times. It is very harassing. They never change with original parts that causes frequent problems. At present my RO is down for the last 5 days and they do not take it seriously.

Very rude people specially Manager Mr. Prem Sharma (which is not his real name). Paid 13000 for 2 years and not getting regular service from them. Calling them from last 1 month to get my filters replaced but they are not sending anyone to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go with this service ,they just want AMC cost Credit in there account after that no body will come to visit you again for any service and regular visit as they have committed at the time of AMC payment we will do quarterly visit ,no body came or even didn't get any call from them .If you will call them for any query any problem with RO they will not respond on call and don't bother to come and visit as .
Very pathetic/worse service I have ever got with this company.They are spoiling KENT 'S brand image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apex is a fraud company who takes money for AMC and doesn’t provide any services. They have cheated me for INR 5800 for 1 year service and no service was provided by them. I have repeatedly called on their service centre and no one picked my calls

Please Never ever buy their AMC or take their services. They even don't deserve 1 star, very pathetic service. I am having very very bad experience with them. First you will keep calling them but they will send a person at their own convenience. If You make complaint today then you will have to keep remind them everyday and at last they'll send a technician after making a tons of reminder......after a week or so.
Very rude people picks up your phone.... they are pain indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I had checked google reviews. This company is a fraud as others are mentioning. I took AMC for 2 years but now they are not providing service. They are smart enough to not say on call that technicians won't come but since last 2 weeks I am following up but either technician is sick, on leave, or will come. But he never comes. Their MO seems to be defrauding. Like any other customer, I don't have enough time to pursue against these guys but its cheats like these which spoil the chances of other local companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a fraud company. I called them for my Kent RO service ,first they put the cheap adapter in Kent RO which fused after 3-4 days. Then I called them for complain to change the adapter instead told me It will take around 3 days to send the technician to your place with 300rs fees as visiting charge. Totally fraud and be aware of them.
